When the pandemic hit, Gaby Pozzi & her boyfriend Brendan Nofs decided to make a spontaneous life decision—they negotiated & ultimately bought an RV together on Gaby’s parent’s campground. Now living together in Key West, they share their experience adopting a minimalist lifestyle, what they have learned about each other during quarantine, & making the most out of each day.
