HELLO SOARING STARS!!!!!! We are back for season two!!!!! In the fabulous first episode, Shannon Lind, who literally invented the word fabulous, joins The Soaring Star!!!! We have been planning this episode since the days the dinosaurs were on earth & we are so thrilled to finally record. We discuss all things mindfulness--our practice, the Danish concept of hygge, building a routine, apps, & how you can incorporate this mental state into your own life. Sometimes life has an unexpectedly beautiful way of working itself out—and not always how we envision it.

When the pandemic hit, Gaby Pozzi & her boyfriend Brendan Nofs decided to make a spontaneous life decision—they negotiated & ultimately bought an RV together on Gaby’s parent’s campground. Now living together in Key West, they share their experience adopting a minimalist lifestyle, what they have learned about each other during quarantine, & making the most out of each day. We also chatted about having side hustles, how you can create opportunities for yourself, & living your values every day.

This conversation serves as an excellent reminder that no matter where you find yourself or what is going on in your life, you can plant your roots & bloom into something beautiful! There is so much goodness all around us, we just have to embrace it & make the most of opportunities!
