Laugh often because those sorrows revisit and eventually you will learn your level of coping and know when to just feel no matter the emotion.

Because that hurt is temporary if you never went through it how will you know what it is like and how not to dwell in it.

Because joy comes in levels and it is not always attached to what you want; it is sometimes in the form of what you need.

In this episode i will detail my battle of living freely and how i learned what it truly meant. The “Life Is” poem is recited and broken down from my own journey.
