On this Memorial Day Weekend, we say thanks to all the men and

women that have paid the price for us to be able to enjoy this morning

at BCC. As we live life we too are creating memories that

will live long after we are gone.

I’m glad you’re with us this morning. Not only is today Mother’s Day

(Happy Mother’s Day!!), this morning will be special as we look back

at what God has done at BCC and look forward to what He will do.

But, to really grasp these “what” questions, we need to understand

the why behind the what. So, today’s message is, “The Why behind

Good morning. Welcomes to Blount Community Church. Happy Easter! We are so glad you have joined us on this special day.

Today, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. This morning during the service you will hear the story about a couple of people that went on a memorable journey that changed their life. We all have been on journeys that have taught us something and today is no different. My prayer for us is that we will discover something new and refreshing as we spend this time together.

Welcome to Blount Community Church. Today is the last Sunday before

Easter and we will wrap up the series “small Things, BIG Difference.”

This morning we’ll consider 3 fundamental areas of life where small changes

will result in you becoming more like who you want to be. God cuts through a

lot of life’s clutter by revealing how He created us and how we can change.

If there’s ever been a simple formula to change who you want to be, this is it.

For those of us who want to shape who we are to become more like God

wants, today is our day.

We’re in a series about God using things that are often considered small

to do really BIG and amazing things. This is good news when we realize and

leverage the right “small” things. It’s usually the small things that people

don’t see that results in the big things most people want. This is true for

individuals as well as God’s Church. We all want BIG things for ourselves

and our church. I can’t wait to talk about what God says about this.
