Today we start off with some football talk, the state of the Bears and what might have surprised us at the NFL tag deadline and then we finish up talking about the Team USA Olympic basketball roster.

Today we had a very special guest join us on the show. Hannah Brummer of Monday Motivation With Hannah B joined us as we talked about women in sports and what needs to happen for women's sports to receive more media coverage. Hannah also shared some of her experiences as a college athlete and talked about how she got her motivational podcast started. Today's episode also had our thoughts on the NBA All-Star Game, the announcement of fans being allowed at both Cubs and White Sox games, and the upcoming NCAA March Madness tournament.

Today we give our thoughts on the NBA All Star teams, we talk about the impact Brent Seabrook had on the Blackhawks during his 15 year career, and we discuss how deep we think Illinois can go in the March Madness tournament.

Today we start off with a breaking news story: JJ Watt has signed with the Arizona Cardinals. We give our thoughts on the deal and then we get into the NBA as we discuss the Bulls loss to the Suns and whether or not the NBA All star game should be played in a pandemic. In our second hour, we are joined once again by special guest Andrew Valentin of X-Bomb Sports as we talk MLB spring training storylines to follow, the Blackhawks weekend series against the Red Wings and who should be given the Franchise tag in the NFL. We also dedicate a segment to the United States Women's National Soccer Team as we discuss their recent win in the She Believes Cup. We will continue to spend at least 1 segment every Monday in the month of March to talk women's sports in honor of March being Women's History Month.

Today we talk about the recent Russell Wilson trade rumors and whether or not the Bears could get him. Then we talk about the Blackhawks and Patrick Kane's recent hot streak and we finish by discussing the NBA All Star rosters and who got snubbed. 

Today in our first 2 hour episode we talk about some offseason choices that the Bears will have to make, we check in on how the Bulls and Blackhawks are doing, and then we finish up by talking some baseball.
