Shaun founded NanoCrete in May of 2022 to help consumers and corporations permanently sequester carbon into a stronger and more durable concrete using upcycled waste materials. Their goal is to remove 10M tons of carbon from the environment to be implemented as a cementitious material.

He has passionately been working in the construction industry for over 10 years in sunny Southern California where he grew up including working for two of the top general contractors in the nation. Gaining the experience by working on high profile projects, such as Terminal 1 at LAX Airport for Southwest Airlines and various top client tenant improvement jobs has really carved the path for him to have the ability to create his own business. Construction has always been part of his foundation as both of his uncles started their own general contracting business when they immigrated to the United States from Aswan, Egypt. Tony’s business honors his uncles as well as his parents for guiding him through every one of his trials and tribulations that he went through to get him to this monumental moment.
