Blue Milk Cafe

Welcome Back to The Cafe.

This weekend is the 1st of a 11 part series, I am going to start going through the entire Skywalker saga Episodes 1 thru 9 AND then I will talk about Rogue One and Solo. But since this is Part 1 I will be starting with Episode 4, just like in 1977, I'm talking Star Wars or as it's now known A New Hope. Each week my four talking points will be:

1) My memories of seeing for the 1st time

2) What did I think of the characters, when I first met them or have my opinions and feelings on them changed since the last film

3) My favorite characters and scenes

4) Would I change anything about it

BMC Poll of The Week:

Who is Your Favorite Character from Star Wars: A New Hope?

1) Ponda Baba

2) Dr. Cornelius Evazan

3) Greedo

4) R5-D4

*Instead of going with the big four, I went with characters that were only in A New Hope*

Welcome Back to The Cafe.

This weekend's episode is all about the creepy, kooky, spooky, ooky side of Star Wars. Since we are heading into my favorite time of the year, October, the Halloween season, I wanted to talk about the scariest moment in all of Star Wars. Just some of my favorites and most memorable. I would love to hear what some of yours are, leave me some feedback and let me know.

Welcome Back to The Cafe.

Hello There! This episode was suggested by my friends over at The Force of Light Entertainment Podcast, Michelle and Natalie, it's all about Kenobi, well the upcoming Disney Plus Series Kenobi. What I think the story will be, what characters do I think will show up, will Vader be in it, should Vader be in it? I give my opinions about all that, so grab a stool at the counter and we'll chat, see if you agree or disagree. Let me know what you think.

The 1st BMC Poll of The Week:

What character would you like to see in the Kenobi series?

Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Ezra Bridger, Princess Leia

Welcome Back to The Cafe.

Special mid-week... bonus episode... mini... episode of you all. I figure since I took last weekend off and didn't get you an episode you'll get two this week! This mini-sode is all about The Mandalorian Season 2 trailer, my excitement for it, what I thought about it and my incoherent ramblings about my theories on season 2. Hope you enjoy!

Welcome BACK to the Cafe! Yes I am back, back with one of my classic lazy episodes, found some more rare interviews from 1977 for you to enjoy! The following is taken from the YouTube description from the video "Star Wars Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford Interviews 1977 Brian Linehan's City Lights"

In these rare interviews filmed right before the release of Star Wars in 1977 (Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope), Carrie Fisher talks about Star Wars, Princess Leia, Hollywood Kids, studying in London, Los Angeles and New York City.  Mark Hamill talks about getting his start in television, filming Star Wars in England and Africa, Luke Skywalker, George Lucas, the process of making Star Wars, Star Wars special effects, and upcoming projects.   Harrison Ford, Han Solo, talks about working with George Lucas on Star Wars, performing in the stage play John Brown's Body at Laguna Beach Playhouse, working as an actor, working as a carpenter, filming 1970s films Apocalypse Now and Heroes and working as an actor. He is still a few years away from his debut as Indiana Jones.

No BMC question of the week this time, thinking about retiring that segment and just doing the news segment. Let me know what you think, should I retire it or keep it?

Welcome Back into The Cafe!

This weekend I talk about some Lando rumors and the changes that were made to The Empire Strikes Back. There were not many changes to Empire so this is a shorter episode than most, also sound about the sound quality, my mic stand broke and haven't figured out how to repair it, don't know if I can, so until I come up with something I'm back to using my built in PC mic, sorry.

The B.M.C. Question of The Week ~ Who would you rather visit The Cantina on Mos Eisley or The Cantina at Maz's Kanata's Castle?  Think about that and leave me your answer on Twitter @ThatBMCPod or over on my new Facebook group Blue Milk Cafe Pod. I'll read the answers on next weekend's episode.

Welcome Back into The Cafe!

This weekend I was going to talk about the comparison video I found on YouTube explaining all the changes done to Star Wars A New Hope, but that did not go so well, so I had to change things up at the last minute and just talk about some of the changes without the video. Hope you all enjoy it anyway. I also go over the news about Disney erasing the sequel trilogy... just one big stupid rumor that isn't true. Also what we have to look forward to as Star Wars fans for the rest of 2020. *Note the volume leave in this episode is a little loud, please adjust as needed, so sorry about that*

The B.M.C. Question of The Week ~ Who would you rather be stuck in a spacecraft with, Jar Jar or a Rathtar?  Think about that and leave me your answer on Twitter @ThatBMCPod or over on my new Facebook group Blue Milk Cafe Pod. I'll read the answers on next weekend's episode.
