In this episode, Chef Steve and Chef Miriam are joined by special guest Eric Schmidt from Germany. They discuss Eric's favorite dish, his experience with different cuisines, and the differences between German and American food. Chef Miriam even made Eric's favorite German dish, Schäufele!
