Hello friends! Back in October of 2022, I had the honor of participating in the first ever Phonic Fiction Fest! Participants in this festival were required to form teams and then make a self contained horror short in one of three assigned sub-genres, which had to include a specific line of dialogue and a specific sound effect. Our team’s assigned genre was Horror Noir, so we decided to take things in a Cyberpunk direction, ala Blade Runner, and Justice Served is the result.

Our amazing team mates included Emily Inkpen, co-creator of The Dex Legacy, AMC, creator of The Vesta Clinic, and Loretta Chang, an amazingly talented voice artist.

Welcome to the first episode of Blue Rose Stories, my experimental audio story space! “Rush of Warmth” was inspired by my love of melancholy winter tales, and I hope you find some value in the unconventional relationship at it’s core. You can follow me on Twitter @Velveteen_Voice to get updates on all my current projects. Thanks for listening!
