In Episode 6 of the Blue Saints Podcast, St. Paul Police Federation President Mark Ross sits down with Julie Sackett, Jim Sackett, and Jerel Sackett, the children of fallen St. Paul Police Officer James T. Sackett Sr.

Officer Sackett was murdered in the line of duty on May 22, 1970, after responding to a false emergency call that was later revealed to be a trap. More than three decades passed before there was accountability in the case. Now, the man convicted in Officer Sackett’s murder is once again seeking parole.
