The death and resurrection of Jesus is the axis by which the entire universe is govern in the eyes of God our father. Every creature knows is aware of this except mankind. Angels, Demons, Nature, and the animal kingdoms. But you and I have a choice whether we want to believe or not.The resurrection of Jesus Christ validates who Jesus claimed to be, namely, the bot the Son of God and the coming Messiah that was promised to take away "the sins of the world". This podcast is looking and some of the benefits that we receive as a result of Jesus resurrection. There's is so many but I just touched on a few.

This morning rant, I'm looking at some of the reasons that we're still in our current situation and it seems like we can't be rescued by God. We have a tendency to panic and loose our minds when we find ourselves in a situation that appears overwhelming but the bible says that we should "count it all (pure) joy" and note count it as misery. Romans 5:3 tells us that we should "but we glory in tribulation". The second reason that most of us are still there it that we haven't decided fully yet we are told in James 1:8 James 1:8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do. But when we become single minded and DECIDE what we really want things begin to happen. Job 22:28 What you decide on will be done, and light will shine on your ways. The question is why haven't you made up your mind yet?

James 1:2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters,whenever you face trials of many kinds,

Romans 5:3 3 Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance

James 1:8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.

This morning rant is about Christ journey to Calvary. As the second Adam, Christ lived they way Adam was instructed to live but he failed his test and man became corrupted. Jesus on the other hand won his battle and continued his entire life and his death to level one defeat after another. No it's our turn. We ARE the sons of God.

This morning I talk about what a bad days really looks like. We look and Job and the children of Israel in the wilderness when they had bad days and how the responded and the outcome based on their respond.

Job 1:13-20. Job's bad day and his response

13 One day when Job’s sons and daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother’s house,

14 a messenger came to Job and said, “The oxen were plowing and the donkeys were grazing nearby,

15 and the Sabeans attacked and made off with them. They put the servants to the sword, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”

16 While he was still speaking, another messenger came and said, “The fire of God fell from the heavens and burned up the sheep and the servants, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”

17 While he was still speaking, another messenger came and said, “The Chaldeans formed three raiding parties and swept down on your camels and made off with them. They put the servants to the sword, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”

18 While he was still speaking, yet another messenger came and said, “Your sons and daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother’s house,

19 when suddenly a mighty wind swept in from the desert and struck the four corners of the house. It collapsed on them and they are dead, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!”

20 At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship

The people complained about being hungry; God gives them Manna – Exodus 16:1-4

The people complained about being thirsty – Exodus 17:1-4

The people complained about how difficult it looked to conquer the giants in the land so they refused to enter the Promise Land. Numbers 14:1-10

This morning I talk about an age old question that many Christians are asking (Why does the way of the wicked prosper?), yet the bible tells us why. David got an understanding about their purpose and their end. Psalm 73:17 until I went into the sanctuary of God; then I discerned their end.

1. Ecclesiastes 2:26 26 To the person who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.
2. Proverbs 13:22 A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous.
3. Proverbs 28:8 Whoever increases wealth by taking interest or profit from the poor amasses it for another, who will be kind to the poor.
4. Ecclesiastes 6:1-2 6 There is an evil that I have seen under the sun, and it lies heavy on mankind: 2 a man to whom God gives wealth, possessions, and honor, so that he lacks nothing of all that he desires, yet God does not give him power to enjoy them, but a stranger enjoys them.

This morning I talk about not seeking help from the world. I included several verses to remind you about how God feels about seeking help from anyone but him.

Jeremiah 17:5-6 This is what the Lord says: “Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the Lord. They are like stunted shrubs in the desert, with no hope for the future. They will live in the barren wilderness, in an uninhabited salty land.

Isaiah 20:5 Those who trusted in Cush and boasted in Egypt will be dismayed and put to shame.

Isaiah 31:1-3 What sorrow awaits those who look to Egypt for help, trusting their horses, chariots, and charioteers and depending on the strength of human armies instead of looking to the LORD, the Holy One of Israel. In his wisdom, the LORD will send great disaster; he will not change his mind. He will rise against the wicked and against their helpers. For these Egyptians are mere humans, not God! Their horses are puny flesh, not mighty spirits! When the LORD raises his fist against them, those who help will stumble, and those being helped will fall. They will all fall down and die together.

Psalm 146:3 Don’t put your confidence in powerful people; there is no help for you there.

Psalm 118:9 It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in princes.

Isaiah 2:22 Don’t put your trust in mere humans. They are as frail as breath. What good are they?

Psalm 33:16-20 No king is saved by the size of his army; no warrior escapes by his great strength. A horse is a vain hope for deliverance; despite all its great strength it cannot save. But the eyes of the LORD are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love, to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine. We wait in hope for the LORD; he is our help and our shield.

Psalm 60:11 Oh, please help us against our enemies, for all human help is useless.
