Adnan Rasool, PhD is an Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) of Political Science at the Department of Accounting, Finance, Economics and Political Science at University of Tennessee - Martin. Previously, Adnan was a Visiting Lecturer at Georgia State University’s Department of Political Science and part time faculty at Spelman College's Department of International Studies and Agnes Scott College's Department of Political Science. Adnan's teaching and research interests are in International Relations with a regional focus on Asia.  Adnan also has over 10 years of experience as a policy expert working with international organizations and national governments in South and Southeast Asia. Adnan has worked in different capacities including in senior advisory roles with organizations like United Nations, Asian Development Bank, and the USAID in addition to Governments of Pakistan and Nepal.
