I talk with Navy Fitness Coordinator Jimmy Nelson about his Fitness and Weightlifting Journey, working for the Navy and his newest project working with Arrow Warrior Group. More from the CEO of the Arrow Warrior Group can be found below.
AWG was formed in March 2020 as a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the veteran and first-responder community.
We aim to increase reliable resources for our community members suffering from PTSD.
Our motto is “Support Through Engagement”
The motto represents our persistent engagement with our members to keep them active in the network. Anyone in the network can call another member for help at any time of the day and there will be someone available to help.
We also aim to break the stigmas of PTSD by inviting members of the community to join us in our events. Members of the community see that we are normal people with extraordinary problems, but PTSD is nothing to be afraid of.
We have recently worked with local celebrities and have opened communication with the Gronkowski brothers who are currently helping the organization.

Significant product discounts to increase profit marginI (Brandon McEntire) founded AWG along with my partner Tiffani Stubblefield, who is an active board member and Vice President. The Chief assistant and board member is Justin McKinnon. Our physical training coordinator is Michael Degreave (aka Gravy). Gravy organizes and prepares all of our workouts.
After we get moving in your area, we will bring you Jimmy on as a board member with the title of Chief Innovations Officer and AWG Branch manager. The goal is to come up with new ways for us to support the community and raise money and also host Hero’s Workouts in your area as often as possible without stretching yourself to thin.
