Editor ( Daniel Perez), at my request Tate Hieronymus (no relation to you-know-who), summited this short article to bring us up to speed on a brilliant interview with Bob Gimlin right in front of the “Big Tree” (visible In the back ground of the PG Film). I have seen the entire video to my knowledge he has posted part of it on Facebook. It Represents a first as I can think of no one else who has interviewed on the film site. 

Other videos have been shot of Bob but I suspect they were in the area and not at the film site. Tate’s story follows) 

“My interview with Bob Gimlin came with the help of the Bluff Creek Project our of Northern California. I found out the day that Bob would be there and I was able to make enough money to get back up to the PG film site on July 28th, 2018. 

I asked if I could interview Bob Gimlin at the film site a Bob was very eager and happy to do the interview. So I asked Bob if we can do the interview in front of the big tree that can be seen in PG film in the famous frame 352. 
The interview content consists of the sighting from October 20th, 1967, also including what Bob and Roger did after the film was obtained. The duration of the interview is 6 minutes, 36 seconds in length. A once in a lifetime interview in front of a famous landmark.”
