On January 15th 2021 - Dr. King's 92 birthday - I was privileged to speak with global company, Kimball Electronics, for their first Diversity and Inclusion Black History luncheon. It was broadcast in 8 different countries and had an attendance of well over 400 employees.
This moment captures the history before Dr. King in order to better understand what world he was born into, a brief highlight of what made Dr. King who he is during the peak of his activism, and where we are today, including our responsibility to fulfill his Dream for the American Dream.
