Regardless of what you are being told, the Philippine Stock Exchange is not going to react meaningfully or sustainably to inflation, unemployment, or government pronouncements. Those are all excellent during normal times; not now.

Inflation is like the zombie apocalypse. No one really knows where it came from. But government is obviously at fault since they did not prevent it and are helpless to stop it. The public does not have many options.

Time will tell which is more effective between modules or synchronous online classes, but one thing is certain: much of the effectiveness of purely modular learning depends on the guidance received by the student.
