For a believer, do you have faith in whom you claim as God in your life?

 It matters what and who you believe in. God is after what and who you believe in. What and who you believe in can influence your life greatly. 

 We come to believe and know God based on what we hear and read from the Word of God and what the Son of God has personally revealed to us about God. We must base our faith and live out our faith on the Word of God and the Son of God.

Do you know pleasing God is a form of sacrifice?

Proverbs 16:7 When a man’s ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

Pleasing is simply becoming what God loves and doing what God loves.
You can’t please God out of fear. 
You can only please God out of love.
Pleasing God encompasses your whole being.
Pleasing God comes with great rewards and great results. 

Jesus is the only one who wholeheartedly and completely pleased God to the fullest. He is the master pleaser of God. He is the perfect example to follow in order to please God. He pleased God in intents, in thoughts, in words and in deeds.

John 8:29 And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.

How To Please God (Part 1)

Most times we prefer God to please us, but we have never asked ourselves how can we please Him instead.  

As humans, we have this tendency to please ourselves and people which, includes our spouse, children, friends, and relatives, 

Can God never be pleased with us because of our sins? 

Or pleasing God seems impossible. Can’t be achieved because we are imperfect and falling. 

We can’t please God because we can't match up to God's higher standard and we are not qualified to please Him. 

We are not capable spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically to please God

We Are Carriers Of The Glory Of God

Jesus - the Complete, Ultimate and Absolute Reflection and Representation of Glory of God

We carry in us God’s shared glory in his divine attributes and characteristics.  We bear, carry and declare the glory of God. 

Psalms 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God, And the firmament shows His handiwork.

Isaiah 6:3. And one cried to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!”

Genesis 1:26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
