In this episode us moms talk with Seth Spang who is the team owner of Legion of Valor Racing. Seth explains his background in BMX racing since he was 4 years to the current day including how he raced while being deployed. His mission of helping Veterans within BMX, giving them a team, and using his nonprofit to support them. Seth loves BMX and says BMX saved him and he hopes it can save other Veterans too.
