Edie Tanem holds fort as the "daughter of America's Happy Gardener" and takes calls from the audience.  At the start of the show we welcomed Diane Einstein, Chairperson of Friends of Olompoli -- the state park up north of Novato -- where they will be having "bat night" on Saturday August 13.  One of the few times all year this particular state park is open after 5:00 pm, there will be a variety of activities including watching wild bats emerge and hunt as dusk sets in!
