We're back at it for the last week of April and we're going out with a Bang! Rock news, a ton of new music releases including my pick for metal album of the year (so far) a weekend full of live streams and of course one heck of a guest!

Bob Thomas is a drummer hailing from Wales, United Kingdom. He offers drum lessons and session drumming but when the pandemic forced lockdowns he turned to running to occupy his time and release his energy. He is now what you would call and Ultra-Endurance Athlete! He has combined his love of drumming with his love of running into one AMAZING and UNBELIEVEABLE event. You need to hear it to believe it!
