An environmental crisis getting worse by the day is highlighting a severe water shortage, revealing centuries-old artifacts, and uncovering decades old secrets.

Rapidly-decreasing water levels in Lake Mead have brought answers to some, but have raised so many more questions for others, as about a half dozen gruesome discoveries are made from the bottom of the lake and even more are likely to come.
