Why can't I remember the wonder of life? Why can't I remember that as the song goes...one day you're gonna miss this...? I don't want to be remembered as a stale 'do this, do that ' wife/mother/daughter/sister. I don't want to look back at life wishing I had played more, danced more, sang more, laughed more. What's wrong with doing all those things everyday anyway?

Today has been a struggle. The enemy has come at me trying to make me doubt the love of others. He has tried to cause me to think that I'm being lied to, that I'm going to be left, that it's 'all a game'.

Seek the Lord and crave Him and His strength (His might and inflexibility to temptation); seek and require His face and His Presence forevermore (Psalm 105:4).

How do you get a honorable life? Live your life honorably?

You have been planted in fertile ground beside a broad river, where you will grow as quickly as a willow tree (Ezekiel 17:5). Your roots shall be remarkable for their toughness, size, and tenacity to live, and your roots shall readily sprout. Like a newborn baby, you shall crave the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may be nurtured and grow into completed salvation (I Peter 2:2).

Strive to be one who does not offend in speech, for when you're able to do so, your character will be fully developed, and you'll be able to control your whole body and to curb your entire nature (James 3:2).

Whatever gifts and talents God gives you, use them for the lifting and encouraging of others. Bless others. Whatever your hand can find to do, do it all for His glory and to the service of others. This will draw them to Him, which is His greatest desire for all people - reconciliation with Him (I Peter 4:10)....

If you belonged to the world, the world would treat you with affection and would love you as its own. But because you are not of the world (no longer one with it), but God has chosen (selected) you out of the world, the world hates you (John 15:19).
