Thanksgiving

This week is Thanksgiving in the United States.

I was going to give the History of the Day,

but thought instead of that, I would just talk about Giving Thanks.

With Thanksgiving coming up this week I thought of the word Gratitude. I looked it up because so I could speak about that a bit.

The Dictionary definition says Gratitude is: “the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. With a grateful heart I would like to ask you to please join me today.

2 Special Days – Episode 151

US Marine Corps. 247 Birthday & Veterans Day

There are 2 special days this week in November.

Today November 10th is the 247th Year of the US Marine Corps

and tomorrow the 11th is Veterans Day for all those that served

in all of the US Military Branches.

Please join me today to honor our Veterans.

November is here and I talked about that last Episode but I forgot to mention,

I was born in November and this year I am turning 66 years old.

How did that happen? Age tends to creep up on us and then BANG – we’re older.

I got a theory on that and a positive way to look at getting older.
