Hi Bodega Sisters!
This week, I found myself reflecting on a simple phrase I heard: “When you’re done, you’re done.” It made me pause and ask myself… what does being done actually mean?
In this episode, I share the formula I’ve discovered through my own experiences of letting go. Letting go of friendships, relationships, and seasons of life that no longer aligned with who I was becoming. We talk about the importance of observing before reacting, communicating honestly, putting our ego aside, and knowing we’ve truly exhausted every effort before making difficult decisions.
Because letting go isn’t about acting on emotion. It’s about finding peace after you’ve done the inner work.
If you’ve ever questioned whether you made the right decision, struggled with the comfort of familiarity, or wondered when it’s finally time to move forward, I hope this conversation reminds you to trust your discernment.
With cariño,
Bodega Sisters❤️
