Fuck the bank! Fuck the b-b-b-b-bank! We watched Set It Off at The Alamo Drafthouse Brooklyn. We also had a quick chat with Christina Cacciopo, who selected the film (and the awesome trailers before it) to show to a very excited audience. If you hate us attempting to do actual journalism (you monster), then just skip ahead to 12:04 to hear the start of the episode.

Brandon Soderberg of the Baltimore City Paper and @notrivia on twitter came through to discuss Choices: The Movie, the crime epic by Memphis' own Three Six Mafia. If you haven't yet, definitely check out Brandon's piece "heroes", recently published in the Baltimore City Paper and available here - http://www.citypaper.com/g00/news/features/bcpnews-heroes-20170103-htmlstory.html?i10c.referrer=http%3A%2F%2Fblog.pshares.org%2Findex.php%2F41883%2F

MUSIC PART STARTS AT :54 For our first Beyoncé movie, we brought in a member of the hive to bless it. @ItsEstaFiesta came through to talk CARMEN: A Hip Hopera, starring Beyoncé and like half of So So Def. Its a long-ass episode because we discuss our favorite Beyoncé songs.

Something was going on with my mic in the first four minutes of this, but its not that bad. We watched NEVER DIE ALONE, based on a Donald Goines novel, directed by Ernest R. Dickerson starring DMX.

Sean McTiernan (@nochorus) came through to watch an Abel Ferrara Xmas movie starring Ice-T, which is a little more interesting than watching Friday After Next for the 40th time (although we WILL do that). We also spend a lot of time talking some Christmas Rap songs you may not be that familiar with. It's a longer episode because of it, but still better for it. Enjoy and happy holidays.

A brief hiatus later, we're back to watch and discuss Who's Your Caddy, a Bob Johnson production starring Big Boi and a brief cameo from Lil Wayne. We use it as an opportunity to talk about the monster that is Jeffrey Jones, and also about some Organized Noize productions you may have missed, in addition to some unreleased Big Boi. Enjoy.

Angel came through to watch and discuss one of his favorite movies, Sunset Park starring Fredro Starr from Onyx and Rhea Perlman from Cheers. Probably our most "inebriated" episode.

Warren Beatty wrote and directed BULWORTH, a film about a middling senator embracing black culture to discover the true meaning of life. We watched it because of the monster soundtrack and its election season and we didn't want to blow our loads on Head Of State...yet. Yeah.
