Aaron Flores is a full-time poker player that has placed first and had top ten finishes in multiple poker tournaments.  His biggest purse was $100k after a 1st place tournament finish.  When he is not playing tournaments, he is playing a cash game.  In our podcast we discuss what the differences are between good and bad poker players.  Some may think that poker is all about the luck of the draw, but it is not.  Aaron explains his strategies with excellent cards and how to improve your chances with poor cards.  Aaron also explains his mindset on and off the poker table, how working out and staying active helps him at the table, the importance of budgeting his money and paying taxes to the government on his winnings.  We also dabble into politics for a few minutes.  

I would like to add that any kind of gambling is very dangerous and that many lives have been ruined by gambling.  Gambling can be fun and social if one is disciplined, or it can become a ball and chain in your life, at times worse.  This is something that I wanted to discuss with Aaron as well, but it never came up.  I will make sure to talk about the dangers of gambling in our future podcasts together.

Episode 21 - Aleksandar Sasha Jovicic, is a Serbian American Conservative Patriot, Businessman and member of the SerbsFor (Serbs For Trump 2024). Sasha is the epitome of the American Dream! Moving from Serbia to Phoenix, AZ, he spent his early adulthood living in a dangerous neighborhood, which motivated him to find his way out. During those years, he developed a love for “lowriders” and the car industry, which ultimately led him to his first business adventure, selling lightbulbs out of the trunk of his car. Scaling this business and taking it “online”, allowed him to successfully exit his first startup company. Today, Sasha is the CEO of Executive Digital Holding Group, a parent company to Bulletproof Inc., The Serbian Build Fund, SportsEdTV, Moda Design District, Miami Construction Pros, and The Tap Family.

During this podcast, we discuss how being Serbian American motivated him to get involved in politics and become a member of the SerbsFor (Serbs For Trump 2024) organization. What was it about being Serbian American that led him to get involved in politics? Are successful Serbian Americans not getting the recognition that they deserve in the United States and around the world?
