There is so much distortion about the way we should look, especially as it relates to dating, that we have, as the good book says, gone down forbidden paths and are lost.

As I’ve wrestled with my own body image issues, I’ve learned there is a surprising path through the temple that speaks about the glory of our bodies and how we can tend to them. When we allow the temple to be a place for our most intimate concerns, we will find that the Lord has provided powerful direction for all aspects of our lives.

In Episode 6, I get a bit intimate and talk about my own disgust for my body and how the temple has helped me.
