Hey guys, Val here! 

I'm super excited to be doing this episode, honestly it was so so much fun to talk about these meaningful and heartfelt things. It's super important to me to bring awareness to real-life everyday things that happen everyday. I will most likely be doing a part 2, with a lot of more information and detailed talk. This was only touching the basics on how toxic social media, society, and wedding standards can truly be. 

My whole message was really to just do what YOU want, in the sense of your wedding, and how you envision it. Loving yourself and changing or accepting yourself for how you are even though it's hard.
