Physical Integrity aims for the state of well-being. In this session, I talk about pathways into well-being through self regulation, stabilization of your energy and invitations to decondition polarization. I conclude with a light language channeling to seal a container.

I believe that wisdom and insight hold true value only when applied practically and beneficially to others, and I have the tools you need to make the necessary shifts, so that you can live the life you envision for yourself.

When we’re talking, love force energy in the heart space how many identities are you negotiating with? How many labels have you applied to yourself and identified with? Is there a confirmation bias that one of these labels or some of these labels prove something is wrong with you? Which ones are you willing to strip yourself of to liberate yourself and be free from that limitation?
