As I have wound my merry way through this mysterious life in all types of mental states, from briefly dipping my toes into the oceans of reason to suddenly returning to frolic on anxiety beach, I have realized that my current state is far from terrible, it is ACTUALLY pretty good! And since I feel enlightened and happy I want to give something back to the ether. And this in form of a podcast!
