How do you feel about boundaries?
Are you good at setting clear boundaries?
Do you overstep other people's boundaries?
Do you have an aversion to boundaries?
Have you ever had clear discussions in your friendships and partnerships about boundaries?
What about with your family?
We are happy to bring you Episode 15, of Boing, all about boundaries. We have not always been able to set clear boundaries in our lives. It is something we work on constantly... and let me let you in on something... we don't always get it right. Boundaries are so important for the health and sustainability of any relationship. While we might think that certain boundaries are implied, many actually are not, and if we don't take the time to set them, we will constantly have them crossed. Though prevention is better than cure, rest at ease in the fact that it is never too late to start setting your own boundaries, but first we must be clear ourselves what those boundaries are. Hope you all enjoy this fun and entertaining conversation with your favorite podcast hosts, all about boundaries!

How many aspects of your life are balanced between logic and creativity?
Hello, this is your hosts, Kelly & Allen Reed, bringing you episode 12, of our podcast Boing, all about Masculine & Feminine. This is a very interesting topic that is very prevalent in our lives right now. As we grow and change we must adapt and we are feeling called at this moment in time, Allen toward his mature masculine side and Kelly to her Mature Feminine. We want to discuss the things we are going through with this big shift toward our future as well as toward the new earth we envision. We actually came to the idea for this episode from a conversation we were having where we didn't agree on a few things. We thought, "hmmmm?" isn't it important to show that we don't always agree, that we can have a conversation without trying to prove our beliefs or opinions are right? And because we want to dive even further into the male and female archetypes and the steps we are taking to flourish in our individual growth as well as our growth as a couple, we have decided to slit this episode into 2 parts... if it gets really juicy maybe even 3! Take a bit of time for yourself to listen and explore some of these ideas. What do you think? How do you feel? where do you agree or disagree? All is welcome!
