BOLD Believer

We all have "issues" in this life... Some for a short time... some last a lifetime... and others come and go. Why does God allow these uncomfortable things to take place? What do we do when we feel helpless in our issues? We (Talon and I) don't claim to have all the answers about those questions but we do believe that we have some things to say to at least point you in the right direction.

The word "issue" has also taken on many different meanings and so today we are going to be going back to some of it's original meanings and cross-referencing a couple of amazing passages in Scripture that we hope and pray you'll find not only informative but inspiring and a tool to help you in your walk with Christ!

Today we are running through a huge culturally relevant topic and question, "What makes us truly free?". We (Josh and Talon) take a dive not only into defining what freedom is according to Scripture but we also go into the details on how in all reality the majority of people don't actually desire people as a whole or society to live in a self defining "freedom".  We hope there are some helpful insights for you in todays episode and that you learn and grow in your faith through it!

Todays episode we (Josh and Talon) are sitting down to have more of an informal discussion about a fairly controversial issue in Christianity. The question about whether a believer needs to repent for sin after Salvation if Christ's sacrifice truly paid for all of our sin as Children of God... After much thought, discussion, and a bunch of scripture cross-referenced, we came down to some answers on this question that we hope you'll find helpful and insightful!

"Peace Be Still" - How to have peace in the middle of a storm

It's not "if", it's "when"...    Storms will come in life and so the key questions are  "What can we do to prepare?"  and "What can I do now in the middle of it?" I hope that through this Biblically-based message, you can find truth, hope, and direction prior to, or in the middle of a trial in life. Remember we have the master of the wind on our side as Christians and no matter how dark it may seem, God is right there! Reach out and trust His perfect will.  Feedback is always helpful and so please leave a rating and/or review wherever you listen to podcasts! Thanks      -Josh Snyder
