There are times we don’t know we are providing support by, simply, being who we are. Even with so much knowledge at our fingertips … with a quick internet search, there is so much good and bad information to sort through that the details we share with our friends, family, and colleagues carries weight. We can be a support system by knowing about the different services that exist to help us with our personal paths. Jess Dewell talks with Suzanne Hobbs about Safe Haven laws, the importance of having information, and her story.
Even though we've worked over the past decade to reduce silos, and have been successful, the way buyers interface with our companies still continues to change. Taking collaboration and communication to the next level, sales and marketing can continue to be a core part of business growth when we take the time to figure out how to align them even more. Jess Dewell hosts panelists Brynn Tillman and Robert Caruso to discuss the alignment of sales and marketing for the modern buyer.

Diversity is a hot topic, and rightly so. It is one oft-overlooked way through which we can challenge our assumptions, make conscious changes, and increase our awareness. When expanding awareness, we increase our capacity to think about things outside of our personal experience. It's this perspective that provides what we need to foster the next generation of women business leaders. Jess Dewell talks with Jennifer Brown, our champion for a more inclusive workplace.

There are rhythms everywhere … we may see them as patterns. The rhythm of the work week, the rhythm of our household, the rhythm of seasons, to name a few. When we are on and in a project, it has a beginning, a middle, and an end. Within the project we know what we know, and we learn what we don't know or didn't expect. Weaving in reflection along the way keeps communication open, enables our team to remain focused amid distraction, and allows adjustments along the way. Tune in to Jess Dewell talking about the Power of Reflection.

We like to offer choices, to have multiple solutions for a single tool. Yet it is overwhelming for a customer to figure out when a multipurpose tool will really solve their problem. You can, however, avoid the too-much-of-a-good-thing dilemma. There is value in taking the time to build both relationships and trust in order to generate business. This program has come out of the vault to share immediately useful insights from Meridith Elliott Powell.
