Liz is the owner of Strength & Grace Life Coaching, a certified life coach, a certified Positive Intelligence coach, and a certified Yoga instructor just to name a few of things she does.

But when we sat down it was talk about her other passion, writing. When she found herself searching for something of interest to read, she wrote it herself. That is how The Billie Mahoney Series was created.

When Liz sat down to start writing, it just poured out of her. So much so that her first book (self published may I add) came out in 2023. Three more have come out since and the 5th book is coming soon.

Alyson Iarrusso, founder of Cove Fine Jewelry grew up with salt air in her lungs and sand between her toes. With three generations of family roots on Cape Cod and a home in the coastal town of Hampton, New Hampshire, the ocean has always been a constant in her life.

Alyson's journey into fine jewelry began in Hawaii in 2008, where she first learned the art of bench work and metal smithing. Years later, she brought her vision to life in New York City's Diamond District, working alongside expert jewelers to create pieces that blend coastal charm with fine craftsmanship.

We talk all about her decision to transition from 20 some years in teaching to running her own business, imposter syndrome, the power of manifestation and more!

Never thought quinoa could be in beer? Neither did the founder until she encountered a quinoa-barley brew on her travels through South America. Inspired, she returned to Boston, enlisted a few bold MIT scientists and embarked on a journey of experimentation to create a beer that would deliver all of the refreshment, with none of the bloat. The team refined the recipe for three years and over 100 formulations, until the crisp perfection that is Meli was born — the first beer in the U.S. brewed exclusively with quinoa as the base.

Juliana has been in the party business since she was a kid, whether she knew it or not, it was going to be her future! Her mom would often host events in their home and she would help.

She didn't immediately go that direction. She chose what she and her family thougt was a "safer" route, nursing. Before too long she knew that wasn't the direction for her. As a young mom, she knew she needed to be successful. And with the support of her husband she ventured into the event rental business.

I sat down with her for her very first podcast where she shared how she got involved in the fitness world and grew quickly. Like many fitness studios, she was affected by the pandemic, even having to close one of her studios. These challenges did not stop her.

Figurella combines science and technology to design your body. A women's fitness center with two locations in the Boston area I spoke with the owner of the Brookline location, Aleeza Reznik.

First I had the opportunity to check out the work out which includes a 30 minute low impact work out in the "bubble" followed by a relazing seat in the "spa shell" where oxygen flowed around me to boost metabolism and blood circulation after a work out.

Aleeza shares how she found Figurella and how it helped her in her efforts to heal following back surgery. Now she's helping others with the low impact, one on one work out that has shown results for her clients with weight loss, toning and detoxing.
