Join us as we flash back to our Facebook video days and talk about about "why not me". As you walk through challenges, don't focus on why this is happening to you, but why not you, you are capable and the challenge is strengthening you and pushing you to your greatness. We discuss two spectrums of pushing past limitations and turning the bad around to our good.
Walking in our purpose to align with our calling is how the impossible becomes possible and miracles are created in our lives and in the lives of others. It is the epitome of our relentless nature. We identify the difference and power within our purpose and in our calling. Our purpose is internally driven while our calling is externally driven.
When we have reached out breaking point, it is hard to distinguish where and when it started, and once it is out, it can take us on a journey we never intended. It is important to learn how to relentlessly respond to our breaking points internally and externally and utilize our supports to help us move in better and bigger directions. Today we unpack internal and external emotions and relentlessly face and cope with our breaking points.
We are all in celebration mode and we are having a blast, but don't want to jump off our journey! We are still being relentless and creating self-love through our celebration and break. Here is a throwback on self-love back when we were doing videos on Facebook. (They are all still available to watch on our relentless counseling Facebook page)!
We are on a journey of self-discovery and along the way we overcome obstacles, gain strength and develop joy. We are overcome with the good in our lives and it is the time we celebrate. Be proud of ourselves and bask in our strength and joy, not only for ourselves but for a beacon for others to find the good in their journey and overcome their own battles and defeats. We celebrate because we will never be defeated as long as we keep taking one step forward on our path.
Situationships is the place where we get stuck, spiritually, physically and intimately. It is a place where we negotiate our well-being and our value. It is a place of death that we no longer need to stay in on our journey of alignment, self discovery, reflection and love. Today we break the chains of situationships and move toward healthy and reciprocal connections that breathe life, love and respect into ourselves.
Using our grit to overcome challenges is the key to reaching and achieving our goals that grant us the success over our life. Every aspect of our life. Identifying the 5 characteristics of grit allows us to stay in our lane and live out our passions and walk a powerful journey to our best self. Like everything we do, we do it with love and appreciation to the world around us and what is bigger than us.
We all have battles to fight and wars to overcome. Many of these wars start internally. We have to learn how to overcome the battles we have from within. The battle we have with our thoughts and the past self, that seem to fail at being defeated. We learn how to use and strengthen our biggest weapons. We are relentless and can overcome these battles.
Rejection can be the make or break us moments within our journey to becoming our best self. We tap into our spiritual foundation to give us strength to move forward beyond rejection. We find validation from what is beyond us and we learn that other's rejection is an acceptance to our uniqueness and power within to walk strongly and boldly despite what others can't connect with. We are not meant to align with everyone and that is okay, more than okay. We learn that rejection renews us, strengthen us and widen our path.
