This may be one of the most important podcasts I've ever recorded, because one of the themes I've noticed in the many stories of manipulation clients and friends have shared with me and the research I've done on the topic, seems to almost always include a 'bonding' phase when someone who wants to somehow use you first positions you to drop your guard and feel close to them, so they can more easily get what they want.

Figuring out how to easily identitfy, elegantly handle, and ultimately regally remove yourself from these situations is imperative if you're building an empire you'll need to protect. Ok friends - in this (quite deeply spiritual, heads up!) episode, I give a peek into the most beautiful December and January of my life, and how God dealt with me as I tried to unconsciously slow down the arrival of one of my biggest dreams. Ever done that? ;) I chat about the real reason I was called to France in January - to be reminded of the GIFT that comes to us after going through an ascension - and the ways we can inadvertantly refuse to receive that gift out of our default protection mechanisms. I use Elsa and Frozen 2 (no joke) as the model for what I now call the ascension sequence, and Christ appearing to Mary first to remind God's daughters that we're called to spread good news in the world! Going through a 'sunset season'? Well, we did it my friends! An INCREDIBLE dream came true! Many of you have followed my journey stumbling onto the opportunity to walk the runway at Paris Fashion Week, and now at last, here is what actually happened! It was absolutely magical - I had even more fun than I thouht possible, and was so present and surrounded with love and support that it blew my mind. It was also an experience of being more fully seen than I perhaps ever have - facing a full wall of photographers and videographers in one of the most magnificent venues in Paris. If stepping into the spotlight and receiving next levels in love and your career at the same time are themes for you, this one is for you!
