  • Episode 061 - The Premier League is BACK!!!
    This week, Bone and Beam are joined by Colin Barringer, aka Evil Bald Colin, to preview some of the best news we've heard in months: The Premier League is back. We all know who is going to win the title (Cheers, Liverpool), but the Champion's League final spots are still up for grabs, and of course a massive relegation battle looms. Chelsea, Manchester United, Wolves, Sheffield United, Bournemouth, West Ham and others are all discussed, or at least, briefly mentioned.
    Bone, Beam and EBC dive into all of that, plus a lively League One and League Two discussion, figuring out who the Cleveland Browns of English Soccer, and finally, a little bit of banter about the return of Major League Soccer.

    This week on the podcast, Columbus Crew goalkeeper Matt Lampson filled in for Beam. We discussed how the Covid-19-induced pause in the season has been for him and his teammates. He also explained what training has been like when you can't actually interact with your teammates, difficulties for players in other cities, and hopes for a return.

    This week, the boys discussed a topic no one has ever done: Mount Rushmore. The four best, from their favorite teams. Beamer talks about his beloved Manchester United, while T-Bone discussed his best four from the Black and Gold of the Columbus Crew.

    This week, Bone and Beam return (kind of). The boys are still at home, but found the time to talk about the impact of Covid-19 on the world of soccer. There was quite a bit of discussion about the impact on leagues around the world, as well as MLS, and how each of them have to handle it a little bit differently.
