“How does God carry out His decrees?”

God carries out His decrees through His works of creation and providence.

“What are the decrees of God?”

The decrees of God are his eternal plan, based on the purpose of His will, where for His own glory He has foreordained everything that will happen.

“Who are the three persons in the Godhead?”

“There are three persons in the Godhead, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and these three are one God, the same in essence, equal in power and glory.”

“Is there more than one God?”

The short answer is, “There is only one God, the living and true God.” But there is a lot to unpack biblically from this statement.

“What is God?” God is an infinite and eternal Spirit who is unchangeable in His being, wisdom, power, holiness, justice, goodness, and truth.

What does the Bible teach us? The most important thing the Bible teaches us is what we must believe about God and what the commitment is that God requires of us.

What is the Bible? The Bible is God’s only Word to us teaching us what to believe about God, how to glorify Him, and how to enjoy Him.

I've combined Foundations and Five Minutes of Faith into the main BoneFire podcast so the numbering will be confusing until I get everything I've already created posted. Catechism is a very basic Christian term that means “a summary of the principles of Christian religion in the form of questions and answers, used for the instruction of Christians.”

This episode takes a closer look at the Creation account of chapters 1 and 2. God reveals who He is, why He created everything, and what mankind's purpose is.

This episode introduces the first section of Genesis. In Chapters 1 through 11, we find God creating a path of redemption from the fall of Adam. Multiple theological issues are wrestled with from the creation account through the Tower of Babel.
