As a school admin by educating me on ways to retain more male teachers in my school & helping nurture all struggling teachers.

As a Christian by challenging me to professionally show love with all my coworkers.

As a husband/father by giving me hope that I will have more quality time at home through team collaboration, decreasing stress and increasing work efficiency.
