The time just changed and it's now getting dark super early! I know Seasonal Depression is real, so I wanted to share some tips to help you cope:

ððµ ðªð¯ð§ðð¶ðŠð¯ð€ðŠðŽ ðµð©ðŠ ð±ð³ð°ð¥ð¶ð€ðµðªð°ð¯ ð°ð§ ð¯ðŠð¶ð³ð°ðµð³ð¢ð¯ðŽð®ðªðµðµðŠð³ðŽ ðªð¯ ðºð°ð¶ð³ ð£ð³ð¢ðªð¯ - ðŽðŠð³ð°ðµð°ð¯ðªð¯, ð¥ð°ð±ð¢ð®ðªð¯ðŠ & ð¯ð°ð³ðŠð±ðªð¯ðŠð±ð©ð³ðªð¯ðŠ, ðžð©ðªð€ð© ð¢ð³ðŠ ðªð¯ð·ð°ðð·ðŠð¥ ðªð¯ ð®ð°ð°ð¥ ð³ðŠðšð¶ðð¢ðµðªð°ð¯.
⢠Get into the sunshine:
Vitamin D is often called the "sunshine vitamin." Aim for at least 10 minutes daily
⢠Eat Foods Rich in Vitamin D:
Fish - Salmon, Tuna, Mackerel, SardinesÂ
Fortified Foods - Orange Juice, Milk, YogurtÂ
Egg YolksÂ
MushroomsÂ
⢠Supplements:
Consult your doctor to get your levels checked determine the appropriate dosage for your needs. * You're at risk of Vitamin D toxicity if you take too much.
