You won't believe this friends, I found this episode in the vault! Of course I wanted to share... Enjoy and let me know what you think!
What is effective accountability?
Accountability is willingly accepting responsibility for your actions. An accountable staffer owns their work and doesn't try to make excuses for themself. If something goes wrong, they communicate honestly with their team about what happened rather than hiding the truth.
In this episode, we start the process of climbing the Ladder of Accountability. There are 4 instances of being unaccountable. Let's explore them. No worries, I use myself as the example!

Grace Over Grind wasn’t birthed from branding. It was birthed from burnout. From sitting in boardrooms, pulpits, and business meetings wondering, ‘Is this what leadership has to feel like?’I reignited the Grace Over Grind Podcast, because I was tired of wearing resilience as a badge and silently bleeding behind the success. I knew there were other women feeling the same—high-performing, but soul-weary. And I love the opportunity to create a space for connection!Head to https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1295469416899?aff=oddtdtcreator and reserve your seat today for Grace Over Grind Live.
