Alyssa Ann Heller is the founder/curator of Peace Pouches, which are portable meditation kits. The idea was inspired by her quest to find "quick" relief from the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Her background in art/architecture/product design coupled with her health and wellness studies continue to lead her to create delightful objects that are useful and inspiring! Alyssa lives in beautiful Bristol, RI and is obsessed with the color teal.
