Monday September 23 marks the first day of fall. There are two equinoxes per year and it is the only time the earth is in perfect balance.  Honoring our bodies and our earth is extremely important during this time.  Many indigenous cultures celebrate the seasons of change and was one of the many lessons I have learned during my time in Alaska and Hawai'i.  Creating a ritual for the Autumn Equinox can help us relate our spiritual world with the physical and welcome the changes we need in our lives.

Katie talks about pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and looking at your fears.  You will never change and become the person you want to be without getting uncomfortable.  A lot of us have self-limiting beliefs and most of the time it holds us back.
