In today's episode Katie reflects about her past week.  She had a difficult, emotionally taxing week but was able to put herself first and do things that filled her cup up.  Katie usually looks towards other people making her feel validated and this was the first time she looked towards herself for validation and worth.  Katie encourages you to do the ONE THING that will make you feel good, to put yourself first for 5 minutes and start there.  Taking five minutes for yourself can change your whole day.  So what makes you feel good?
