In honor of 4/20, we watch Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue, the classic cartoon crossover that convinced a generation that drugs were cooler than the Smurfs and Winnie the Pooh. Also featuring George H. W. Bush and a big bag of cr*ck! (Can we say that here?)
