During these times in which most of us have never experienced before, there is a lot of uncertainty and fear. A few weeks ago all our travel for work was canceled and for the next 30 - 60 days I am working remotely from home. I don't know about you, but I for one feel like I'm always going somewhere or doing something. I feel like there is not enough time in the day sometimes. Most of us have now been given the gift of time, which I for one am taking full advantage of. After I'm done my workday, I start focusing on creating content that will help others be inspired to get healthy. Now more than ever it's so important to take care of ourselves so we lessen the risk of catching something like this now and in the future.
Thanks to my friend Kris McPeak I was able to share in a panel of four amazing women, as we discuss how these events have impacted our own lives. We also talk about how we're coping and staying healthy.
In this episode we discuss:
*How each of us is staying positive.
*What we are doing today to keep ourselves healthy not only physically but also mentally and why this is more important than ever.
*How we are spending our time spreading hope instead of fear and how learning to be positive during times like these can help improve your immune system.
*The effects of stress on our bodies and how this fear is effecting others in need.
* Learn what vitamins can help you boost your immune system and keep you healthy.
* The importance of staying connected online via video during these times and help spread some positivity and kindness.
These truly amazing women are all super passionate about helping others in so many ways! If you're looking for resources to learn more please click on links below:
