Victoria is receiving her PhD at the University of Maryland in higher education and is doing her research on Anti-Racist Pedagogy on experiences of black students at predominantly white colleges and universities.  We dive into the importance of educating yourself on social injustice and racism, putting yourself in the shoes of a person of color, and learning to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
