This is an episode that Loren and Lyd felt strongly about recording after seeing behaviours in the triathlon world, which have been highlighted by events this week that need to be shouted about.

For many of us in triathlon, this sport has enhanced and changed our lives through finding it. On the whole it is a supportive community to be part of but there are systemic problems within this sport (and wider sporting culture) which need to be called out.

Both Loren and Lyd felt a responsibility to share their stand point on the problems that they see and to hopefully help and encourage others to do the same.
