Well my love, here is an invitation for you to sit in circle with me and let it all go. ✨
One of my favourite things to do is to create spaces for potent transformation;
And the tapping circles I run in Connect + Clear, The Membership are no exception. I’ve felt the nudge for a few weeks now to broaden the circle, to invite more of you in to experience 60 minutes of EFT firsthand and feel the shift take place.
This is your chance to bring whatever you feel depleted & disappointed about to the table.
To clear the fogginess, the fear, the perceived failures;
And release it so you can feel:
Relaxed.
Lighter.
Calm.
Confident.
Aligned.
At peace.
Joyful.

This class will be a blend of journaling, meditation and EFT tapping to move you into a fresh, state of being. I'll be there to guide you, every step of the way - all you'll need to do is show up.
