I'm changing tack for S2 and in this deeply personal episode, I (Erin) return to the mic after more than two years (!) to share what’s been going on behind the scenes.

This week on the podcast I welcome the wonderful Gabi Moran from Mother Natures Alchemist into The Healing Space with me. 💗

Gabi is a beautiful soul, with the most relaxing and calming energy - and she brings this energy to everything she does in her business, from Restorative Yoga to Human Design readings. Gabi offers a sanctuary for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation for the nervous system, she is passionate about helping those who may be stressed, tired, unwell or injured to rest & restore.

In this episode, we explore some of the overwhelm Gabi has been feeling, something that has amplified after coming home from a dreamy few months of travel. We also explore some of the ways in which her boundaries have been tested, which was causing a deep sense of guilt and stress, that she was struggling to shake. This session was the perfect remedy for Gabi, it helped strengthen her boundaries, come home to her self - so if you’re in need of a similar tune-up, you’ll enjoy this one!

This week on the podcast I welcome the lovely Jayne Martin into The Healing Space with me! Jayne is a Self-Worth Coach and Spiral Practitioner - her mission is to empower women to recognise their own value and worth, just as they are, without having to fit themselves into a box, do more or hustler harder.

In this session, we focused on so many things! From a block Jayne felt to writing her book, to releasing guilt around not working hard enough and feeling safe to leave social media - so much ground was covered and so many shifts occurred! This was such a fun session to record, and I can’t wait to hear what you think.

For something a little different, this week I’m sharing the replay of my Open Circle that I held on Monday night, and I think you’re really going to enjoy it! 

This is a beautiful session, one that you can sit in full (think meditation, journaling, tapping) and experience a release from anything that is weighing you down at the moment.

One of my favourite things to do is to create spaces for potent transformation, and the tapping circles I run in Connect + Clear, The Membership are no exception. This is an invitation for you to sit in circle with me, to experience 60 minutes of EFT firsthand and feel the shift take place.

This is your chance to bring whatever you feel depleted & disappointed about to the table.

To clear the fogginess, the fear, the perceived failures;

And release it so you can feel:

Relaxed.

Lighter.

Calm.

Confident.

Aligned.

At peace.

Joyful.

Opening Journalling Prompts

• What is the most pressing thing in your life that you would like some support in clearing tonight? Feel free to write down 2 or 3 and feel into what feels most significant today.
• What emotions come up when you think about this issue? For example, it could be anger, sadness, anxiety.
• Do you feel anything in the body when you think about this issue? Could be tightness in the chest, sick feeling, headache. Back ache.

This week I welcome the delightful Miranda Partridge into The Healing Space with me for a session. 💫

Miranda is The Body Positive Nutritionist, she has an amazing holistic approach to food and works with babes who are done with diets ready to find out what actually works for their unique bodies. You can follow Miranda, and leanr more about her amazing work over on her instagram, @mirandaswellness

In this session, we begin with the resistance Miranda was feeling to exercise, sure she had some run of the mill excuses that I’m sure you’ll find relatable, but as we tapped together a few more layers of the story was revealed to fully heal and release an old pattern. We also worked on a fear Miranda had around using her voice, to share her journey and a deep fear of being misunderstood but throughout the session we soothed and cleared her apprehension so that she felt more confident, aligned and lighter.

You'll find this session helpful if: You can’t seem to find a routine that sticks. You resist exercising, and make up plenty of excuses. You feel apprehensive about sharing or voicing something important to you.

Bella has been on a real journey the past 12 months - she tested positive to the Huntingtons Disease gene, which has changed her direction and put her on a journey of healing and change. She is raising awareness on Huntingtons and sharing her journey via @positively_bel, so be sure to check out her content to learn more about this disease, and the challenges gene-positive people face. Bella has been apart of Connect + Clear, The Membership for over a year now so EFT has played an important part for her in releasing grief, heaviness and stress that naturally has weighed her down. 

In this session we start with where Bella is at - feeling burnt-out and depleted following an exhausting round of IVF, coupled with her final few weeks of University. This was manifesting not just as tiredness, but procrastination and resistance to finishing her last couple of assignments. 

This is a beautiful session, moving from heaviness to a place of self-compassion and lightness.

You’ll find this session helpful if: You feel depleted, heavy and tired. You’ve been procrastinating. You need to start practising more compassion and kindness towards yourself.

Shorina is a qualified Counsellor who specialises in Mental Health support via her practise Mindful Soul Collective, and she also runs her own lingerie business, Bras by S. Shorina is passionate about empowering people, and helping them overcome feelings of unworthiness, fear and self-sabotage - something that really comes throughout all of her work!

In this session, we focused on some money blocks Shorina had been experiencing - no matter what she tried in her businesses each month, there was a figure she just couldn’t seem to break through. If one business had some uplift, the other would somehow drop down. It felt like there was a ceiling, holding her back from experiencing the financial abundance she’d been working towards. And this session - we broke through it.

You’ll find this session helpful if: You feel all blocked up when it comes to money. You want to break through your own income ceiling. You want to feel capable of holding more.
